Prince William turned into a dad behind the scenes of a YouTube video. In 2023, the Prince of Wales sat down for an interview in a food truck and discussed several personal topics. At one point in the interview, William mentioned his eldest son Prince George. He immediately switched into dad mode when talking about George.
The interviewer noted that William's daughter Princess Charlotte was also mentioned in the interview. She said she was actually really hoping that Prince George might be with his father at the event, as she knows he accompanies William to many of these types of things. In that brief moment when William was asked about George, he turned fully into a dad and spoke about how it had been a very busy week. William said Prince George had been doing exams and was quite stressed. He went on to say that they'd been doing revisions in the evenings together to help George prepare.

George and William have a very close relationship. William often spends quality one-on-one time with George. George, who insists on dressing like his father when accompanying him, is even beginning to copy some of William's mannerisms. This was seen when they attended a soccer game together in Germany. William and George cheered from the stands wearing nearly identical suits and ties. At one point, they even reacted to something on the field with the same expression - a hand to the cheek, much like the "home alone" character Kevin McCallister.
If George ever appears awkward or overwhelmed in public, his father William is always close by, putting a protective hand on his shoulder. This proved true at the soccer game, with touching father-son moments between the two royals. What William wants most is for George, Charlotte, and Prince Louie to look back on their childhood feeling wrapped in love.

As Taylor Swift took her Eras tour to London over the weekend, one of her biggest fans in attendance was undoubtedly Prince William. The dad of three has had a difficult time lately, as his wife Catherine is dealing with cancer treatment. Noticeably absent was William's youngest child, six-year-old Prince Louie, who clearly inherited his father's love of dancing and busting a move wherever mood strikes.
In video shared on social media, William could be seen shaking it off and dancing wildly to Swift's hit "Shake It Off," singing along without abandon as he lived his best life for a brief moment. That's the power of Taylor Swift - she even gets the dads up and moving. William's unbridled enthusiasm for dancing was met with praise on social media. Royal fans remarked that this must have been a lifelong dream of William's. Others pointed out the resemblance to Chandler Bing's dancing from Friends.

Prince William wasn't the only royal excited about Taylor Swift's show. He brought Prince George and Princess Charlotte backstage to meet the singer. Photos showed Charlotte in particular looking thrilled, posing for selfies with Swift - a rare occasion for members of the royal family but surely worth it for Taylor Swift. After the concert, William was clearly still riding high from the fun night.

As a fan of rock group AC/DC, one of their hit songs holds a spot on William's workout playlist, he revealed on the Time to Walk podcast. He recounted first hearing "Thunderstruck" and not initially being a big fan of playing it on Monday mornings. But the song grew on him and is now what he considers the perfect track to shake off the weekend. William also noted that headbanging is difficult not to do when the song comes on during his walks. Beyond AC/DC, William's music tastes include artists like Coldplay and Linkin Park. He once said Tina Turner's "The Best" also holds special meaning for him, as it reminds him of his late mother Princess Diana.
