According to some recent insider reports, Meghan Markle was said to be furious after learning about a private group chat among some of her employees. It appears that Meghan discovered that some of her current and former staff members were communicating on the app Telegram. This allegedly led to a significant meltdown from Meghan.

A source who spoke to The Hollywood Reporter described Meghan as behaving like "a dictator in high heels". The source suggested that Meghan seems to have "traded her tiara for a crown made of sharp words and unreasonable demands." Employees are said to live in constant fear of Meghan, with one insider claiming that she regularly belittles people and refuses to accept advice or guidance from those trying to help her. After all, this is a woman who considers herself the "queen" of everything she touches.

Harry, unfortunately, does little to help the situation. The source reported that Harry tends to remain passive while Meghan takes charge with a seemingly "relentless" attitude. Staff members also feel that Meghan and Harry have a reputation for making poor, rushed decisions and frequently changing their minds. This leaves employees in a constant state of confusion.

The reported meltdown in May occurred after Meghan discovered the private staff chat group on Telegram. She allegedly went into a full blown rage, immediately issuing new orders to severely restrict all communications between employees. Now, all staff are required to leave their personal phones in designated bags or cars while at work. They must instead use company provided phones for all communications.

It seems that Meghan believes everyone is actively working against her. She may fear someone will leak damaging information about her next major public relations disaster. Indeed, it's clear some private details have already come to light, as former staff members were reportedly part of the secret Telegram chat - further fueling Meghan's anger.

One can easily picture Meghan pacing around, demanding explanations and interrogating staff members, as if she were starring in her own royal espionage thriller. Consider Joshua Kettler, an employee hired by Meghan in May who left by August. Rumor has it, he witnessed firsthand the aftermath of Meghan's angry outburst. He likely sensed the very toxic work environment and made a quick exit before things deteriorated further.

Ironically, Meghan had previously expressed frustration about feeling constrained during her brief time as a working royal. Now, reports indicate she is imposing even more severe restrictions on her own employees. She reportedly compels them to sign extensive NDAs, confiscates personal phones, and micromanages every aspect of their lives.

Rather than taking a moment for self-reflection after these latest reports, it seems Meghan is instead intensifying her unreasonable demands. Insiders believe this oppressive behavior could lead to the downfall of her career ambitions. You can only suppress and control employees for so long before they inevitably start to speak out, NDAs or not.

Meghan's many critics are not holding back either. A recent video showed Meghan snapping at an aide while accepting flowers - a moment some felt showed her behaving like an aspiring Bond villain. In any case, the cracks in Meghan's public facade are becoming more and more evident with each report. It seems to only be a matter of time before more former employees, like Joshua Kettler, start sharing stories of their experiences working for Meghan.

Ultimately, Meghan's extreme paranoia and seemingly tyrannical behavior towards staff may prove to be her downfall. No one can control everything surrounding them, especially a group of disgruntled former employees determined to communicate freely through an encrypted app like Telegram. Meghan's demanding attitudes might backfire in the end if she doesn't make some significant changes to improve both her public image and internal company culture.
