People have been claiming that Prince William has a new man in his life - someone named Rob Dixon. According to sources talking on the royal gossip grapevine, this Rob Dixon is constantly gazing lovingly at William and can't take his eyes off the heir to the throne. Whether it's merely an infatuation or something more, there does seem to be some unusual behavior happening between the two men. Given William's familial history of extramarital dalliances, it wouldn't be completely shocking if he did in fact have a male lover. His marriage to Kate hasn't appeared very romantic or passionate in recent times either.

With everything Kate has been struggling with regarding her health issues, it's easy to imagine their relationship becoming strained. Add to that the stresses of royal duties and three young children, and it's not a recipe for marital bliss. Of course, nothing was ever substantiated, but it fits a pattern of tension in their marriage.
If William did indeed have some kind of affair with a man, it would certainly throw people for a loop. All this time the gossip has focused on various women he's been linked to like Rose Hanbury or even Thomas Kingston. But maybe we've had it all wrong and the real spark has been with a male lover like Rob Dixon. Only time will tell if more solid evidence emerges to back up this new rumor. More likely is that she's simply making the journey independently of William for whatever reason but will arrive to spend time together as a family. It's bizarre that her cancer is being brought up too as if this Scotland trip poses some insurmountable challenge. Kate was just at Wimbledon and wanting to attend the Olympics - I'm sure she can handle a car or plane ride to Balmoral. The whole thing comes across as needlessly dramatic and playing up potential split rumors that probably have no basis. We'll have to wait and see how their dynamic appears once in Scotland to know if the marriage really has taken a turn.

Looking ahead, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming trip to Colombia as guests of the vice president is surely going to rankle some royal feathers - namely King Charles and Prince William. Anytime Harry and Meghan go on an overseas tour as unofficial royal ambassadors, they steal the spotlight away from their British family. Their visit to Nigeria earlier caused quite the fuss back home from envious relatives. Colombia is no doubt hoping to bask in some of that positive global attention Harry and Meghan bring too with a royal tour. More countries will want them to visit and boost tourism and public image.
That attention is exactly what irritates William the most since he yearns for top billing over his brother. With the Sussexes off charming foreign dignitaries, William and Charles get left behind and upstaged. Of course the trip will also enrage the voracious British press who just can't resist tearing into Harry at every opportunity. But Colombia stands to gain tremendously from the successful visit both economically and culturally. Harry and Meghan should keep traveling the world as goodwill ambassadors regardless of petty jealousies back in London. Their popularity around the globe grows stronger with each outing.
