In fact, Harry claimed in his book "Spare" that William was furious for more than a week after he was first allowed to grow a beard while William wasn't.

It's well understood that Princess Catherine, who was widely known as Kate during her younger years, made it clear just prior to her and William's wedding that she would henceforth prefer to be called Catherine. As one commentator noted, "No one is saying [Harry] is responsible for all the trouble, but deliberately calling someone by a name they don't like is just bloody rude." If Harry and Meghan were genuinely serious about healing issues within the family, a good first step would be to refer to her by her stated preference of Catherine.
